About Molly
I’m an Associate Marriage & Family Therapist with a background in education, social services, and community-based work. I work with individuals, couples, and families, including those navigating relational trauma, shame, disconnection, or periods of transition and uncertainty. My work is grounded in attachment theory, trauma-informed care, and somatic practices. I’m passionate about justice, equality, and supporting people as they move through barriers in their lives.

I approach therapy with warmth, curiosity, humor, and heart.
I work with individuals and families, and I have a particular passion for working with couples. I welcome my clients just as they are, without judgment or expectation. My approach is inclusive and sensitive to the many factors that shape our lives, including race, gender, sexual orientation, neurological makeup, and socioeconomic status.
In my work, I draw from Emotionally Focused Therapy, Internal Family Systems, and Trauma-Informed Stabilization Treatment, among others, to create a safe space where clients can explore their past without fear of re-traumatization. I also integrate somatic experiencing practices to support awareness of how emotions live in the body and how trauma responses can impact our nervous systems.
By staying present and attuned, I tailor my support to meet each client’s unique needs.
My ultimate goal is to help my clients find peace, acceptance, and self-compassion while directly addressing the problems they bring into counseling. Together, we will work to ensure that past scars do not interfere with our ability to experience love and connection authentically and wholeheartedly.

My clinical work is informed by ongoing postgraduate training in trauma, attachment, somatics, perinatal mental health, and relational psychotherapy.
Completed a Somatic Psychedelic Facilitator Certificate Program with advanced training in trauma-informed preparation and integration.

Advanced training through PSI in perinatal mental health, including specialized study in the treatment of perinatal OCD.
Postgraduate study in somatic trauma work, traumatic attachment, and the treatment of developmental and relational wounding.
